Hi, with a search on google etc you can find sample ones online but be careful as many are usa based and not uk. When I started trading online I contact trading standards and they helped me to create t&c that fully comply with uk distance selling regulations (if applicable for your business) and sale of goods act. They are free to provide help and it means you get the correct original set-up.

Try using a free sample set like the one from business link: http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/detail?type=RESOURCES&itemId=1076142035 and then contact trading standards to review them once you have changed your name etc - much better than having something wrong that a customer can sue you over or means you have fines etc to pay.

    Good luck with it all

Hi - at the bottom of that page link above there are links to privacy policy, website disclaimer, email disclaimer etc. All free to use :)

Also if you have a business link or a business gateway near you definately pop in to see them - they run free courses on tons of things, help with tax, vat, set-up, regulations etc and also they helped me set-up a business plan to open a bank account and I got a 1,000 grant as well - fantastic, been trading several years now but could not have done without their help and newsletter hints etc.
