If you are on the panel you will have had an email.

I am and have been about 4 years thanks - and no email here
  • The email doesn't relate to the postal survey, only the parcel monitor service, hope that satisfies curiousity, lol!

Phew, that's a relief. Thank you. I quite enjoy doing it.

Have opted for b has i only ever get the large and meduim parcels mostly large. I think i might pack it in because it is a bit drop and the postage costs have gone up and they are not giving you extra for that either.

I voted for B as well Jane, I rarely get a small parcel. I am thinking I might pack it in as well as you get the vouchers yes but not a lot extra, then you have the hassle of going to the post office not much incentive there.
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T

I got a card in the door today when i was out , it said i had £1.36 to pay cos of insufficient postage stamps , so i went to sorting office to see about it , it was an envelope with no stamp of it 36p short and a £1 charge , i asked what would happen if i didn't want it they said they would send it somewhere to be opened and try to return to sender so i didn't take it , after i left i wondered if it was an iten with a smart card as it had that type of stickered address label .. What would happen now then ? ps i'm doing a correctly delivered survey atm wonder if its deliberate ?

This has happened to me before. I emailed the helpline. They sent me a book of first class stamps, told me to stick stamps to the value of what Royal Mail wanted on the card and post it to the delivery office (address is on the card) and I could keep the stamps that were left in the book and then just log the letter as normal.

I also had a parcel a few months back and RI sent me the amount of stamps required for me to send to the sorting office to get the parcel delivered to me. :)
