its a great program if you have time on your hands, but it is time consuming when they start asking questions about hwy something didn't arrive when it should . . . . um because you didn't deliver it! :O) most of the time very worthwhile!

I thought I was going to miss out on this presentation pack as I am away from March 21 but lo and behold they arrived on their own on Saturday. I felt a really valued member - oh what joy one can get from little things!!

Just a quick question if theres a mailing missed - do we replace it ourselves or contact Kanter, (1st time in 2 yrs its happened!)

Do you mean Kantar forgot to put in a posting for you? if so , no, you don't replace it yourself, this happened to me about a year ago, I 'phoned up and was told to just forget it.I would contact them (Kantar) and let them know.

Are the presentation packs extra or are they for the month? Or are they only for long serving members?

I keep recieving mail that has taken an age to arrive when checking postmark then Kantar ask me if I've entered the item correctly. I feel like they don't believe me. Am I being paranoid?

Just got my presentation pack. I think I must be so sad but I love these little occasional treats they send out. One year I got choc eggs at Easter - not everyone got them and they were delish - much tastier than the ones I could've bought myself for 50p!!!

Very silly - but I would love a prize win though, I've been doing this for so many years and still nothing yet some people on here who have been going just a few months have had several - not fair!!! (stamps feet!)
