Does anyone know if they give 'for life' cover? I've no idea where my policy documents are to check up.
Also, I had to have one of my cats put to sleep last week - I have a claim going through for the costs, will they cancel the policy automatically afterwards (the invoice clearly states what it's for) or do I need to ring them and ask them to cancel?
