Clear source for overdraft charges

Hi guys. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if there's an online source - including anywhere I haven't yet found on MSE - for seeing up to date information on what the major banks charge for going over your limit? It's obviously somethng the banks themseleves hide very well on their sites and I can't findd anywhere else where I can confirm the different rates andd fees clearly...

Do a search on your bank site for guide to fees and charges/ overdraft service(they call it that these days) or failing that ask your local branch to provide the guide which they should be able to do.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

  • Thanks - useful to know. Just wondered if you could easily compare them all somewhere, but it seems it's down to the consumer to do their research with each bank.
