Home insurance comparison - assumptions - flat roof

I am very impressed by this site, but I've had a problem when using the comparison to find new home insurance (both buildings and contents). There were questions about the roof (I think they were was it less than 50% flat, was it made of brick, stone or tile?) to which I answered "no", but when I got a quote from a company (AXA) their assumptions were that the answer was "yes" to both. When I phoned them with my retrieved quote they said they didn't insure flat roofs.

I can see from other threads that flat roofs are a bit of a problem. I was just wondering whether there was a way I could have filtered this in when using the comparison, or whether that's just a problem with the comparison and I have to go to a local broker (or one of the companies named in some of the helpful threads)?

Apologies from a newbie if this is the kind of question that gets asked every week ...
