I think The Canaries may be the best - any tips for somewhere that would suitable for 3 children (15,12 & 4).
Definitely do not want 'nightlife', however restaurants and a few bars would be good.
Activities during the day and would like access to shops and local markets.

Sharm El Sheikh is great.

Lanzarote might well suite you. There are 3 main resorts:dora37 wrote: I think The Canaries may be the best - any tips for somewhere that would suitable for 3 children (15,12 & 4).
Playa Blanca - lovely little fishing village/Ferry Port that is currently being heavily developed so quite a lot of building work in progress and some acc is quite far out from the still small centre.
Costa Teguise - man made resort, quite low key with an Aqua Park close by.
Puerto del Carmen - main resort, much busier though nightlife is bars and restaurants rather than discos and is mainly along prom rather than near main hotels complexes.
If you click on my details and go to my website there is plenty of info if you have a mouch about - and NO I'm not tring to sell you the apartment, it's not suitable for your party size.
