Yes that is the general trend.
Allowances are generally set(all OR's are different)for an individual's circumstances and worked accordingly.So it not a forgone conclusion that everybody will get an IPA,neither is it definate that someone who appears to have no surpls will not get a IPA.Dx
5 month in and my IPOQ surpuls was 0 on the nose i even cut my out goings down so that i wouldn't be seen to be not coping (tho things are tight) but I just got an IPA of £55 i know this is small but I really can't afford it. What is the likelihood of a sucessful appeal?
