Sorting out insurance in new home

I am trying to sort out buildings insurance for the new home. I get this when I am trying to do an online quote assumptions "Has never been affected by subsidence, heave, landslip or flood and there is no such history in the area surrounding the property". I am not sure what to put as it says in my survey that sub soil in this area consists of London clay and the nature of the subs oil does present a risk. If I tick yes, nobody will want to insure me. I am not sure what to tick. This must affect people living in the London areas and surroundings. Thanks
