Gone overdrawn with HSBC

I got a phone call today saying I went overdrawn today on my HSBC business account. So I have paid some money in this evening and the online system shows me in credit. However, since I have gone overdrawn are they going to charge me an extortionate fee? Can I reclaim it they do? I've only been overdrawn for a few hours!
