Which Shower?

Options
I'm looking for a specific type of bath shower mixer. I want something like this
http://www.h-i-e.co.uk/acatalog/Grohe_Shower_Pack_Set_13.html

(I'm not bothered either way about the basin tap). So it's a concealed mixer, with a diverter valve where the bath fills from the overflow, not one where the shower cable is connected to bath taps, but where the shower has a cable coming from the wall, and not just a rigid fixed head.

I would prefer Aqualisa or Mira, but I can only find digital versions, and I don't want the hassle of getting a spark involved. If they don't do them, what are Grohe like?
When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.

We fit Grohe showers fairly regularly esp the Avensis and all the customersseem really happy with them, I would have no hesitation in fitting one in my own house when my shower needs replaced. Would have thought you could get it cheaper than the link you posted though

Yeah I think it is expensive, it was just the easiest way to show the whole set together, rather than posting links to the individual parts, iyswim.

I've been put off Bristan because my Mum has one and they've had nothing but trouble with it. It's had so many parts replaced, it's like Trigger's brush. Maybe that's just bad luck though, are they usually OK?

Only shower to avoid with Bristan are the valves that have 2 levers around the same body,

These are known to seize very easily

We have fitted hundreds of Bristan taps and showers and have never serious issues
