Cozza, did they mention how you were dressed on the report is that just paranoia?0
-
no its not parania / it was wrote on the report / when i go to tribunal il dress like a tramp !!!!!0

hi grittiths girl
I am on ESA with bad depression ans stress and no im going to be tested for bio polar
the medical only IN my opinom i think i based on more physical .
It dont seem to give ppl with certain mental problems any thought
I got turned down on the grounds i was well dressed and didnt rock to and throw on the chat ( not every one with mental problems do that ) even though i cryed most off the time thoug my interview ?
So i appealed that got turned down ?
so now on 7/7 i am going to a tribunal about it as i dont agree with wot was said by that quack
My doctor knows me well and its him that says no you still not well enough
so some how they dont take notice off your own doctor
so dont give up do try and be strong .like today im having a great say so far but come end off the week i may be right down so i dont know from one day to the next how i will be
cozza
You would not get turned down because you were dressed well, one of the descriptors does refer to peoples appearance but that is only 1 point but this is in the PCA and not the WCA. Rocking in a chair is not one of the descriptors so that would not make any difference.0 -
people like ESA and healy make me sick as you have to judge ppl
No wonder some ppl dont want to put a threat on here when you get ppl like yous 2
do you 2 work in the benefit agency ?
If i had a job believe me i would be working ?
It was not my fault i got made redundent and things just slide down hill
My doctor is the one who knows wether i am well enough to get back to work !!!!0 -

So you are not working because you were made redundant and don't have a job?
And if I offered you one now, that had reasonable pay and hours, you'd take it?
I am sure you will see this as me swearing at you, but, if you slid into a pit after stopping work, the perhaps getting back to work is the answer?0 -

If you read my post you will see that I am only stating the facts and not making any judgements. There is no need to be rude.
If you check my record you will see that I have helped many people and I have not tried to put people off posting.

I am sorry but i am not being rude it makes me sick when ppl have to judge you /
I have it in black and white what they turned me down on and in it is well dressed and didnt rock to and throw on the chair this is why i am taking it to the tribunal as not all ppl with mental problems rock on there chairs !0
