You would not get turned down because you were dressed well, one of the descriptors does refer to peoples appearance but that is only 1 point but this is in the PCA and not the WCA. Rocking in a chair is not one of the descriptors so that would not make any difference.

If i had a job believe me i would be working ?
It was not my fault i got made redundent and things just slide down hill

So you are not working because you were made redundant and don't have a job?

And if I offered you one now, that had reasonable pay and hours, you'd take it?

I am sure you will see this as me swearing at you, but, if you slid into a pit after stopping work, the perhaps getting back to work is the answer?

If you read my post you will see that I am only stating the facts and not making any judgements. There is no need to be rude.

If you check my record you will see that I have helped many people and I have not tried to put people off posting.

I do not work for the DWP.

yes i would love to take the job take the Job
but Just because i am on ESA I still go looking for jobs even though my doctor says i am not well enough due to depression and stress after having a mental breakdown Resulting in me trying to kill myself at the time .
To day i am having a well good day
as tomorrow i dont know how it will be
I also phone places just on the off chance they have a job
i apply for jobs all the time ?

I am sorry but i am not being rude it makes me sick when ppl have to judge you /
I have it in black and white what they turned me down on and in it is well dressed and didnt rock to and throw on the chair this is why i am taking it to the tribunal as not all ppl with mental problems rock on there chairs !
