How do i claim wtc?

OKAY will try to kep brief, lost voice 6months ago and been on ssp only since MAY, after checking entitled .co.uk it appears i may qualify for the diability element of WTC
Here the problem lies, I can only find a number to ring but as i cant speak its impossible to tell them, hubby tried and they tied him up in knots.
I have typed all the information up and want to send it to them but dont have an address.
Can anyone help really strugling living on £79.15 a week with mtg, ctax etc
As you can tell never claimed benefits before(please dont give me a hard time and call me a scrounger I have paid NI continuous for 25 years just need a little help)

Your husband can ring and ask for the claim form for WTC as it will be a joint claim. The advisor will ask for an estimate of joint income for last tax year and the current tax year, so have this ready. They will then send you a claim form in the post if you qualify.
Once the claim is set up, again your husband can ring in at annual renewal time or you can send the forms back.0
