Problems with O2 XDA Mini S and BT HomeHub 2

I am having problems connecting the above units
The XDA can see the wireless Hub but won't connect
The Hub is using WPA & WPA2 Encryption with a WPA-PSK Encryption Key
The XDA is set up with WPA-PSK Authentication and TKIP encryption.
The network Authentication IEEE 802.1x box on the XDA is ticked
It says connecting for about a minute then goes to available
This appears in the Home Hub events Log
16:36:05 29 Jun VOIP: [2.0A] [445600250255] [FXS DECT1 DECT2 DECT3 DECT4 DECT5] 200 OK - SIP message received
16:36:05 29 Jun VOIP: [2.0A] [445600250255] [FXS DECT1 DECT2 DECT3 DECT4 DECT5] REGISTER - SIP message sent
I'm not sure if this is relevant
I'd appreciate any ideas
