Graduate account interest free overdraft reduced

Hi everyone.

I just realised the other day that my graduate bank account with Natwest will only have an interest free overdraft threshold of £1000 starting in July.

I am sitting at around -£1500 with an overdraft limit of -£1800...

I read on the natwest website for a graduate account they will charge 1.38% per month for the excess over the threshold (so in this case 1.38% of £500 which is approx £8.60 per month) is this correct or am I going to be charged a lot more per month????

I was also wondering if I get charged interest everytime I withdraw cash when I'm over this threshold limit???

Your help will be much appreciated.

Neil
