Where do you live as I believe mine in Kensington and Chelsea is a bargain at £110 as it covers a vast area.
You could always have a drive built to reduce the costs.0 -
stay in Aberdeen.... would like to have a driveway but live in a maisonette so no go there...
theres a asda accross the road but thy fine you after 2hrs parking so theres nothing left0 -
Where I live onstreet parking for the first car is free.
Its £25 for the second car at a property per year.
I'm just mentioning this to demonstrate that these things vary from one council area to another.
I think this is one of those issues that you need to [STRIKE]pester[/STRIKE] lobby your local councillor with.0 -
Its your choice where you choose to live, I have off street parking and pay for a permit as it allows me to park from Notting Hill to the Thames and Earls Court to Sloane Square as its worth it for my travels.
Is there any reason that parking restrictions exist, is there a train station nearby or other exceptions?0
