I went to see arepo tonight that I was interested in, the ea said that a offer had been accepted last week. I said why didn't the website say "under offer" she didn't answer. I asked if it was going in the local paper and which one. She said it could any number of them, I then said what was the offer then seeing as it would be public knowledge, she said she wasn't allowed to say - maddening! I phoned the office and they said the same.
If I don't see the offer in the paper I wont know what was offered, why can't they just say what it is:confused:

Don't know about other people's experience of looking at repos, but the EA we dealt with, do not seem to be very helpful about it- infact, almost discouraging of us to buy it,

The cynic in me says that a friend of the EA wants to buy it!
