Complaining to eBay

Howdy,
Is there anyway of escalating a complaint with eBay Customer Support?
I have an issue re: Direct Debit. I've sent several emails (all of which seem to have only been part read) to their so called 'Customer Support' Department.
Noone seems prepared to take ownership of my complaint and if I want to query a response it's never the same person receiving my emails
Basically, it's making me v.angry and frustrated.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Cheers.

Hi, This number is supposed to be for power sellers but anyone can use it, EBAY will be delighted to help you out im sure: 020 8605 3004
You can go here to try and chat with a ebay bloke online: http://server.iad.liveperson.net/hc/16485391/?cmd=file&file=visitorWantsToChat&site=16485391
Or email: LE-internalreports@ebay.com ( they will reply to you quicker)
Also if you feel the need to complain about ebay, why not drop a little note to WATCHDOG at the BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/contact/computers.shtml
and you could fill out a quick form to trading standards: http://www.consumercomplaints.org.uk/complaintmap.asp ;D!"£$%^&*()0 -
I'm not sure how you got that but it is ONLY for Powersellers - it is not to be used by just anyone and when you ring you will need to confirm you are a PS first.Hi, This number is supposed to be for power sellers but anyone can use it, EBAY will be delighted to help you out im sure: 020 8605 3004The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0 -
