Not recieved my Tenancy Agreement
Comments

Right ! Thanks for trying to help all but situation now is that I have a number of options to go off here looking at all your comments and not sure which is the best way to go forward.
1 -Should I chase the Agent up and see what is being done about the repair and not mention the tenancy agreement and wait for him to come back?
This may abviously create an opportunity for Landlord to issue me with a notice for vacancy?
2- Or should I write to the Landlord clearing stating about the faults/repairs mentioned to the Agent (as stated in my opening post).
And shall I mention about getting repairs done myself in that letter obviously the tone of that letter may sound like a challenge to the Landlord.
Provided the heating fault I reported once was not seen to until a month later clearly the Landlord has a poor record with me and takes more of fobbing off approach.
What are your thoughts? I want to understand my position even if the Landlord decides to give a notice can she do so and will it be a 1 month's or 2?
Please, advise0 -
You only have the right to perform repairs if your landlord has failed to do so. You haven't informed your landlord in writing, you have mentioned it to the letting agent verbally: the landlord could easily come back to you and say he knew nothing about any repairs. They are fobbing you off because you are allowing them to fob you off - you aren't following correct procedure so they know you don't know your rights. Your first step is to formally report all faults to the landlord in writing by recorded delivery.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Ok sure...I will speak with the Agent to see what he came comes back with obviously he may come back with a load of waffle...and taking from there I will then write to the Landlord as per your suggestion.
Firefox, is there a template letter that I could use which would add some weight or if not I would simple compose one myself.
I dont see them wanting to loose a good tenant and if they do they can go to hell and I will start searching for a new accomodation
One more question : After this letter how long do they have to respond?0 -

Write to the landlord now, every day you have not formally reported the problems is a day that they can claim damaged the fridge.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Just a quick update for those that have helped me so far, I have now written to the Landlord listing the issues and will keep you posted as soon as I hear from them...0
