hi,
hoping for some avice/knowledge,
i have won a snooker competition that now allows me to turn professional and am having trouble getting a sesible quote for my car that is due 1st july.
i have been a van driver paying £475 fully comp on a 08 mini cooper s with no points on lisenceand 8 years no claims, never had a accident.
but now im doing the rounds for a new quote and change of job and they dont even want to quote me as im suddenly a high risk, stating that i could be driving round the top stars at tournaments and it could cost them millions in damages....
has anybody got any recommendations on which companys are sportsman friendily

Speak to a local broker or alternatively ask other snooker pros or the games governing body or player associations as they will be able to give you some pointers0
