Hi there everyone!
I am a 23 year old who is living on my own and money, as i am sure you can imagine, is rather tight. I have incurred about £600-£700 in unplanned overdraft fees.
Basically I bank with Lloyds TSB and i currently have an £1850 planned overdraft. It is up for review in november. I am currently rather poor and thought I might try to claim my charges back under the financial hardship clause.
However, i am extremely worried that if I do try and claim my money back (whether i am succesful or not) that they will not offer to extend the time period on my overdraft. So i have a few questions.
Does anybody know if it is likely that they will refuse to renew my overdraft?
If they do refuse, are there any options?Such as getting the same overdraft with another bank etc.
Thanks in advance for your time in reading this!
Regards,
Charlie
