Hi,

A few years ago, I was checking out some online advice about making complaints, and it linked to a list of chief executives, or similar position, with contact details. Basically, the advice was that if the central customer service team aren't helping, go to the top.

Tried to find it just now, no luck, and wondered if anyone knew if it still exists. In particular, I'm looking for the details for Graham Beale (CX, Nationwide).

If it is a complaint about a bank or building society use their complaints procedure and, if no joy, go to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Hi,
Anyone know the name of White & Co removals chief exec and a postal address or e mail?

E mailed a complaint through to UK head office and had a guy visit me who was agressive and totally non apologetic. I want to go straight to the top, I'm from a banking background and I know if someone complained to my CEO something would be done, hopefully Whites operate on the same principle.
