Have lost 1 stone in the last 2 months, so hopefully this will keep me focused and not too much planned for July so hopefully nothing to get in my way! Forgot to add: Weigh in day for me is Wednesday, but won't be giving you my start weight but will let you know my loses

Can i have my weight put on the first post?? 13st 5lb, target for july, 12st 12lb (7lb) going on holiday end of august would like a whole stone off for then;)

Going to do it by not eating chocolate (usually eat 2 bars a day lol) an no booze, it'll be tough but i need to do it.

Will post my starting weight on the 1st, and just about to go do my last June weigh-in.

Away for the first week (from next monday) at my parents, but me and boyf have agreed to keep up with the exercise up there, and my mum is on a diet so I'll eat what she eats rahter than what my dad and brother eat.

Hope we all do well in July!

I'm away for for a week as well binky so that is too of us playing catch up! (all you regulars will have to keep the thread going from the 11th and welcome anyone new and let them know I will add them as soon as I am back and settled )

Well done on your loss so far! and there is no need to give your start weight, some do, some don't it is what ever you feel happy with

Hi carol - good luck with your time away, it sounds as though you will not be overdoing it like some of us going away!
