Priceless Shoes - charged for shoes I haven't received!

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this!
I ordered £30 worth of shoes (4 pairs) from Priceless shoes a few weeks back. I received an e-mail shortly afterwards to say that one of the pairs I ordred was out of stock, then received two pairs of shoes totalling £15 a couple of days later. The other pair of shoes I ordered did not arrive however but I have been charged £10 for them. I contacted Priceless customer services to complain and was told that I would receive a refund of £10. Well that was three weeks ago and no sign of a refund!
I was just wondering what to do next really; I know £10 may not be a huge amount of money but it is when you haven't got much!
I paid using my switch so obviously have no credit card protection.
If anyone could give me any advice I'd be very grateful!

Quite simply, call the shop up and ask for the person you last spoke too. Remind them that you were promised a refund, and politely ask 'how long I should wait for its arrival, as I've waited 3 weeks now and haven't seen anything of it'. Then take a breath, wait to see what they say.
Sometimes, it pays dividends to not go in there demanding your 'rights', afterall like you say it's only £10 and so it may not be the end of the world to the person who was tasked with dealing with the matter, it may just have slipped their mind.
I'm sure a quick apology from them will follow and you'll possibly find it in your account in a week.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
email them again (thay are an online shop and have no phone number).Ask for the length of time it usually takes to process refunds-and ask for a supervisor to telephone you.0
