I'm just curious as I get spam in my mail box that actually doesn't advertise or have sense to them.

The title is always a random selection of letters "quiffkttr" and the email is usually a one liner of "ghiorre thttere". Is there actually any point in a Spammer sending such an email, obviously it gets sent to my spam folder, but I cant see the point of them at all, If they had an attachment I could half understand. Can anyone understand the logic behind them?

It could be proof that there are monkeys working on the typewriters to write
Shakespeare. It could be some sort of alien intelligence. All I know is that my
work Mail Marshal reports that my public email address is spammed around 450
    times a day.

This is done to add nonsense words to any Bayesian pattern-matching spam filters that you might have installed, in order to make it harder for them to detect spam messages. Have a scan through this Wikipedia article (probably omitting anything mathematical!)... Look down near the bottom at the Disadvantages section:
Bayesian spam filtering is susceptible to Bayesian poisoning, a technique used by spammers in an attempt to degrade the effectiveness of spam filters that rely on Bayesian filtering. A spammer practicing Bayesian poisoning will send out emails with large amounts of legitimate text (gathered from legitimate news or literary sources). Spammer tactics include insertion of random innocuous words that are not normally associated with spam, thereby decreasing the email's spam score, making it more likely to slip past a Bayesian spam filter.

I have had the occasional one with a story text, amongst the random innocuous words, however the ones of late don't have anything constructive at all, that they successfully bypass the spam filtering is one thing, but with nothing constructive in the spam mail, I cannot see what benefit a spammer would have in sending it.

Spammers sometimes use HTML in their emails to present their spam message as an image rather than as text, as yet another method to avoid spam filters.

If your email client is set so that it won't display HTML, or won't load graphic content, then you don't get to see the spam message, but just the garbage that they surround it with in an attempt to disguise it.

That might explain it, I don't have my emails set up to display images. Cheers fwor.

poor spelling could be an enticement to open it (DONT!), to check what it may mean..

just delete it, and move on.
