:mad: i have just come off the phone with a women who claims that martin lewis is missleading people. I have claimed under financal hardship for bank charges, SHE said its not guarenteed to get my bank charges back. :mad: I said i would make my own mind up about martin. anyway i hope the yorkshire bank goes outa business after every body get there money back......rant over:p

She is right, you are not guaranteed to get your money back.
