Credit agreement through Homebuy Direct

I have had a credit agreement through the above company for some years for a television, cooker and Nintendo wii (this is the company that puts a meter onto your television and you pay for your goods through that).

I signed a new credit agreement in August 2008 when I purchased the wii. Recently the collection agent announced that he had re-negotiated our agreement and we were now paying less every 4 weeks, which is okay, I am happy with that as its easier for me to budget.

The problem I have is that I never asked for the agreement to be re-negotiated, I have never signed a new agreement nor seen paperwork for this (I ask the agent every time he calls and he says its on its way....). He also calls numerous times each month asking for money when he is meant to only call every 4 weeks. (I had 2 items which were due to be paid off in August this year, now I don't know when they will finish)

My questions are:
1) Am I entitled to refuse to pay any more until I see the paperwork and sign a new credit agreement?

2) Can they change the agreement without my knowledge and signature?

Hope someone can help.
Thanks Sue
