Who to give sick note to (ESA or employer)

Hiya, I'm really confused! I'm employed but have been sick for over 6 months and have started to claim ESA. The jobcentre ask for my sick notes - but so does my employer. The doctor said they can't write out duplicates. Who should I send them to?

    Hi,
I would not rely on my employer to send my sick note. I send the original to the DWP and send a photocopy to my employer. They seem happy with that!!!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
