Accidently moved "public videos" folder, but can't move back!

Am running vista, and in c/users/public I have a folder called public videos.

By the looks of it, I accidentally dragged it into c/windows, but for some reason it won't let me drag it back?

Can someone help me move it back please?! Thanks! (sorry for being dim!)

Probably a winded process but:
make sure you have hidden files / folders as "Show" (Organize > Folder & Search Options > View Tab)
1) go to C:/Users/Public
2) then create a new folder & call it "Public Videos"
3) go to the public videos folder in C:/windows/
4) copy the file desktop.ini into your "C:/users/Public/Public Videos" Folder
5) then delete the folder in the "windows" dir ( if you cant do this then download a program called killbox http://killbox.net/)

also make sure you take your other files out that you want to keep
