As said feedback is optional. I leave feedback as soon as I recieve the item and it is ok. I recently opened an account of my own used to use my parents but I use my own now. I've left about 30 people feedback (all sellers) and I have recieved 14 back. Its optional but I think it would be nice as it would get my feedback up a bit more.Proud mummy to 3 beautiful children who I love so so much :oxxxx

I use ebay intermittently, as a seller I have always left feedback once the payment has been received.
As a buyer I leave appropriate feedback when the item/s have been received and I'm happy with them.
Only once have I bought something that I was unhappy with, it functioned perfectly but was in a filthy condition. I kept the item although the seller was prepared to 'refund'.
That purchase taught me a lesson about listings and descriptions that are misleading/inaccurate by virtue of what is not written as opposed to what is written
I chose not to leave any feedback in that instance.
I can't remember how long it was after the sale when Ebay sent a message asking if I would like to leave feedback before the time to do so ran out.
Needless to say I declined to do so.0 -
Maybe the seller has his money being held by paypal until positive is given, or 21 days after the transaction. But he is really giving a lesson on how annoy a buyer so you will not receive a positive feedback, lol0

If that thread gets removed, here is the sellers feedback - http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=pasat09&iid=-1&de=off&items=25&which=neutral&interval=365<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
When this happens to me I still leave a positive, but I always mention the feedback chasing in my comment. I find it really annoying.0
