Capital One Paid Out All £12 Charges

submitted the form to take capital one to court, 2 weeks later they pay out in full.
£355.17
these charges were all £12 charges, i was told by many people i could not claim these due to fsa setting the £12 limit but i disagreed and won

Incidentally, which address did you write to initially for your DPA request of 6 years worth of statements? There seem to be a lot of different addresses floating around for Cap 1 and I want to make sure I send it to the correct one. Thanks0
