Holiday Insurance that covers airlines that go bust

I've just organised my holiday, not a package one, and want to get some insurance that wil cover me if the airline goes bust. ie if we haven't travelled and can't get new flights will it cover accomodation, car hire, car park etc costs and if if it goes bust whilst on holiday to get new flights home

Very few companies will cover financial failure.
You can try PJ Hayman who cover financial failure of the Travel and Accomadation Provider but not hire car costs, Quentin will also knows a company that offer it but I keep forgetting it, hopefully he will post it in the morning.
There is a stand alone policy that I believe includes the above and hire car costs at circa £5 a person. I don't know their name but you might find it if you google it or look in the overseas travel forum.
