OK, here's a little challenge for you.
I am looking for the cheapest radio-controlled (I can't be *rs*d with all this re-programming the house malarkey twice a year) battery powered (part of my plan to keep my electricity bill to the absolute minimum by any means possible, and useful in the event of a power cut) alarm clock.
However, it has to either have the calendar in the UK dd/mm format (all of the big wall mounted ones are, but all of the small ones I've seen so far are in the US mm/dd format) or, of course, be without a calendar, temperature, etc.

The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

There were a few others but they displayed the date in US style.
HTH:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
How about this one? It's analogue.

I find the most important attribute of an alarm clock is whether or not it makes an annoying 'tick' noise every second!
I got a cheap radio-controlled alarm clock as a Lidl special for rather less then £10 - works well, but ticks infuriatingly...
However, the ticking/non-ticking information is very rarely stated in the writeup or on the packaging.0 -
there is a small normal alarm clock in tesco at £1.86 ,i'm a heavy sleeper but wakes me up ok ,also very quiet ,I can read a book in bed without hearing it, if nothing else handy as standbt ,comes with aa battery to.0
