I will shortly receive a £200 payout from one of my frozen pension funds,its a distribution of orphan funds:j
My question is will I have to declare this as income of any kind,we are in receipt of I/S,c.tax benefit,dla and I/B.

If you mean it is a one off payment, you will not need to declare it unless it took you over the capital limit (which seems unlikely).0

Won't it be paid into the pension, rather than arriving in cash?Trying to keep it simple...

The good news is that there will be 3 bonuses over 3 years paid into the pension plus a one off cash payment:j
