Is there anyone who can lend me loadsamoney

Hi Guys!

We've put the house on the market 40k less then what it was at this time last year.

We have seen a couple of houses that we fancy: and could afford (subject to the house being sold)

The thing is the kinda offers were getting a still low the house is up for 189 and we were budgeting for a sale of 172-174 keeping it under the stamp duty mark.

our income together is 39k and 6k of that is a war pension, which we treat as extra income and is the main reason why we now can afford to buy a bigger place.

Do you know if anyone would take our existing house as a depoist and lend me 220 to buy the new house, thus running two mortages,?

im kinda dreaming arent i?....

Do you have a second deposit or any money saved for fees? How much equity do you have in the first house? Why are you selling after just a year?

    Hello firefox,
Ived been living at my current house for 6yrs now, we orginally put it on the market last year, but hardly anyone came to see it and as the HIPS was gonna run out and with the extra little bit coming we thought wed put the house back on.
Also thinking as we have lower valuation so will the person we would be buying from.

We have aroung 40k, that we would use as the depoist and fees etc, and if we sold at 175 that would give us a further 75k.

i got an email this am from my existing lender who would give me 131 without the property being sold.
