trying to view webcam over internet

I saw a site which has a webcam showing eagles nesting but i can't seem to access the picture, all i get is flashing colours and a blurred image of the eagle, what am i doing wrong.
Is this normal or not?

The address would be handy. That way someone else can take a look and see if they experience the same thing as you.It could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -

Anyway, I'm using Opera Browser 8.53 and all is well.
Also checked Firefox browser 1.0.7
Also checked Internet Explorer ver 6.0.2
and have Windows Media Player 8 with WMP 9 Codec installed. I suspect that this maybe your problem if you are receiving a distorted image. That or you aren't using broadband and am experiencing a problem with streaming the image. If this is the case then you could goto Windows Media Player and in the Options there is a setting to Increase the Buffer size. I sugest you do this and try again. If that fails, update your version of Windows Media Player.

I am on internet explorer 6 and have broadband, i am updating windows media player now from 8 to 9, will let you know if that works.
