~~~~~~~Limps in waving weakly... again! :wave:
Hope everyone's well. Toots... :rotfl: seriously, I'd have done the training soooo much better!!
Anyway, no work tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to type something sensible tomorrow. I'm too sleepy now. Night all :wave:MMSSB Club Founder Member
Valli - has your GP given you a chart to fill in? It sounds as if you need one, boring as they are...
Tooch - start posting your step count like rosepink has so we can see you improving, and keep a food diary so that you have to be honest with yourself and stick to your diet. I'm currently weighing my food, which is tedious but effective (apart from the fact that I can't be bothered to cook in this weather, so I'm probably not eating enough veggies...)
Toots - your list... see your advice to Tia ... and Hex...
Penpen - that's a BIG glass of wineGlad you found your mp3... mine was (and still is) in the glove compartment in the car...
soappie - I see you've solved the problem of what to do when DS & DiL move out... you're setting up a rest home for exhausted flyladies :rotfl::rotfl:
Letter posted, more freecycle collections scheduled, plants watered (must stop doing this in the dark as although it's cooler, I can't actually see how much they need or how much they're getting!), DW done (I'll empty it in the morning).
Just need to shower and pack my stuff up for the gym tomorrow. I need to remember to come back via the farm shop as I need to stock up on strawberries and veggies...
I hope you all manage to get a decent nights sleep
L-L - I have everything crossed for you for tomorrow!0 -
:rolleyes:Hi all,
Well done Sexy :beer:.
Thanks for all the hugs. The funeral went as well as it could, OH did a reading and made everyone laugh. His son's were so brave poor loves. It was nice to catch up with everyone but next time i hope the circumstances are better.
Thanks so much xxJoxx for offering to do that but OH decided on the way home we should go to the pet shop. We came out with 2 rabbits :rolleyes: they're lovely but i think it's too soon i don't want to feel like the other one was just disregarded. I'm still gutted , the kids think it's great though. OH has made the hutch super secure and there's no way anything can get in it's like fort knocks . I'm sure i'll love them just as much.
Bed now i think, i've got college in the morning and Ds2 has a hawian themed party in nursery tomorrow which he has to dress up for. I only found out about it this afternoon, it was nice of them to give me some notice.:rolleyes:0 -
Well done Sexymouse
We just had a couple of rumbles of thunder Soappie and that was it, not a drop of rain. We had a cool wind for about five minutes then it was straight back to the humidity. When we got to work about ten miles away apparently they had had heavy rain for about 20 minutes but we missed that and it was hot again there!. So I've had to water my pots in the garden again tonight.
I did all the bedrooms on Tuesday Toots, so that's tomorrow's list done
I agree totally, when I started WW about 3 years ago, I was really good and went fro 11st 2lb to 9st 4!!!! But then I got cocky and creeped back to 10st 7....so I switched from WWW to SW as I thought a change of diet would give me a boost......obviously not!!!!! I have told myself(time and time again) to get myself into gear but this is last chance saloon now...will(try)to keep a food diary but as for the pedometer, I can't get on with them, they don't count my steps properly(I have walked around the LR counting steps yet the step counter doesn't match....)and I can't afford a better one at the mo), but thank you for the advice and support, it feels good to know there are people behind you when doing something like this xx
OOHH, that turned into a bit of a waffle....sorry xx
ETA...
Actually started this post to say I totally agree with everthing you said.....ooooppsie xx0 -
Well as usual I have done nothing but limp to the chair and sit all evening as pain killers are not working and pain threshold must be very low.
Why can I appear organised and acutally achieve a good amount at work but do NOTHING at home - it just feels so unfair...... Sorry a bit of self pity there....
Have not even got the chance to start later tomorrow as have supervision at 9 - in fact dreading this as have not closed enough cases in last month - have had a week off - but bet that wont be taken into account. then tomorrow night have to drive for 3 hours to Mum's to do more work there.
I really cannot see the wood for the trees - every room feels like a tip - and I am too hot to chase DS and DD into doing more work.
Well I think I will give up and go to bed and be boiling hot up there rather than down here - will have to be up at 6.30 to give pain killers time to work before driving.
hope you all manage to get some sleep!
