Self Catering in Sicily

I've looked at some villa sites.
Can't find quite the right place yet
Anyone have any experience on Villas etc in the Cefalu region. (or anywhere nice really)
Also possibly medium range hotels.
Early June probably.

Have a look at these on the Owners Direct web site:

Would love to go to Sicily ourselves. Have you been before?

Have been twice to Cefalu self-catering it was fab is a beautiful place, was years ago though so can't remember the names! Am hoping to go back this year and have been looking at private rental (via google)with cheap Ryanair flights from Stanstead. Seems to work out a lot cheaper than a package as long as you don't mind hiring a car the other end.
I love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.

    Thanks to you both.

Never been to Sicily, but have been elsewhere in Italy many times.
No problem with self booking flights, car hire, accom. that's what we always do.

Owner direct seem a little dear.
Anyone got any input on dealing with them?
    Any othe suggestions gratefully received.
