Bank said they are totally legal.

Hiya my mum started making a claim about bank charges and they bank have basically wrote her a letter telling her that all the charges were totally legal and she is not getting a penny back. Is there anything she can do..... ?:confused:

    Which bank and where did she receive the response from?

    is it barclays and are the charges their reserve useage fees?

  • hi my bank sayin the same thing you need to write back to the bank.cover letter 2 on this website saying that you have not recived satisfactory responce and intend to take this it to court in stronger terms like i say steps on website im fallowing them as bank only offerd me a small token amount

    If they only offered you a small amount then you accepted it right?
