Warranty after a repair within warranty

Hi peeps

Quick question

I bought a cdj (twin cd console for dj'ing) in Jan 08. I've had the whole unit replaced once as the first developed the same fault twice. I obtained my replacement unit in Sept 08 and it has no failed again.

Do I still have 1 years warranty on the unit supplied to me in Sept 08??

Also, am I covered anyway under the EU 2 year elec item waranty rule??

Sometimes when manufacturers replace things directly, they inexplicably give you the same warranty on the new item as they would on a repair.

But it should still last a reasonable amount of time
