Hello all, I'm new to the site after searching for the company that conned my 84 year old father in law with a £1,5000 vibrating matress. I have found some posts that inspired me to join and seek advice from you all. Company is MTM of leeds, as my old man is blind and near illiterate, the sales guy filled in the agreement AND the cheque on his behalf. He had no cheque guarantee card as we keep that safe for him but they cashed it two days later.
This was on 3rd June and we have only just found out from his bank statement.Any advice would be appreciated.
