£1.04 Bank Interest. Can't imagine my total increasing much for the time being as I've got some kind of flu bug - feel dreadful. At least I can't spend too much money when I'm like this.:(

hugs to jesa and OH , it must have been scary for you both. My brother is 38 and 5 years ago he ate a brazil nut and went into allergic reaction shock, he was really ill too and the doctors stopped working on a patient having a heart attack to help him!, he has eaten nuts all his life and now cannot go near one! he also has a pen and he is as scatty as me but he never ever leaves without it. I think subconciously keys phones are not that important in the grand scheme of things but he ( as im sure your OH will) knows its majorly important. i know i dont say much on here but i always read with interest and i hope you have had some rest and all is well at home. take care and hope i helped not made you feel worse!

Its scary how something so small can do so much! They were wonderful at the hospital and the doctor even phoned him last night from her home to make sure he was ok. Its not our surgery either so she had never seen him before.

She told us that she phoned 999 last week when someone was having a heart attack and got put in a queue:eek: - can you imagine that! Ridiculous

Thanks for the information, it does help a lot and you definately haven't made my feel worse at all

Hi all. Just been catching up. I was in hospital for 36 hours. I had a laporoscopy and was supposed to be a day case, but they kept me in overnight as I was in so much pain when I came round from the anaethetic. Still very tender, but nice be at home with oh running round after me and the cats taking it in turns to sleep on my feet.

Jesa that must have been very scary, but as others have said your fiance will soon get into the habit of carrying his pen everywhere, probably more like someone having to remember to put glasses on in the morning rather remembering to take a phone with them.

I've received a £5 Amazon voucher from TNS Mysurvey but nothing much else.
