Lost / Deleted Windows Live Contacts - Can I get them back?

Hi,

Hoping for some help.

I am using an HTC S740.

I downloaded my contacts to my phone and then by accident deleted them.

This appears to have synchronised with my Hotmail account and then deleted all of my contacts.

Can I get them back?

All help appreciated.

    If they are in messenger, they will disappear as soon as you sign on to MSN.

    Probably a case of rebuilding them from scratch using your Sent folder to recollect email addresses manually.

    Although having said that - if a contact is part of your msn messenger network - and the other person has you in their messenger list - you will get prompted to add them to your contact/messenger list when you sign on to msn messenger.

    Thanks for your replies.

    In messenger I can only see 9 contacts out of 150 as these were the ones with msn addresses.

    The email addresses are not the problem

    I now do not have the telephone numbers and postal addresses of the 150 people in my contacts.

    Gutted.
