Bank Charges

Hi i made claims for my charges back in 06/07 but recieved letters telling me it was all in the hands of the test case etc and had to wait for the outcome. Ive since moved home and not sure where to go from here, do i need to call the banks in question or send letters?????????
Be grateful for any help what to do.

Write to them to update your claim with your new address and any new charges incurred since your previous letters
  • Thankyou for that, only thing is i lost all my saved info on amounts i was claiming for also does that matter?

Well, I'd thought that was fairly central to your claim, wouldn't you? If you have no copies of previous letters or list of charges etc, then all you can do is SAR them again.
