Does anyone know the e-mail address to contact BT about a query with my bill?
Ive tried to find it on their site but still no joy.
My free evening & weekend package has just expired & they are charging me for it now, I think it's about £12.50 a mth inc VAT. I don't know if I will get this back as I no longer want this service.

They don't offer email addresses as such but they have an online webmail facility.
The one to use with regard to calling plan queries is HERE.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
