Bank Transfer To Taiwan - Alternatives?

Hi,
I recently placed an order with a company based in Taiwan. I did a sample order for one unit. I paid via Paypal.
However, I now wish to place an order for three units. They would prefer that I pay via bank transfer as it keeps their costs down.
However, my bank Natwest charges £20 for a tranfer. I was wondering whether there are any other banks which do it cheaper?
Also, I am a little worried that it could be a scam. However, they are aware that I wish to slowly increase my order size up to around 50 units. And the sample order which I placed went very smoothly. Everything they do business wise is above board so to speak such as refusing other customers requests to mark items value down.
They have a website which has been registered since November 2008 and all their email addresses are company ones. As well as this they sell on ebay and have received 100% positive feedback.
