im on jsa and when first went in for interview i had to take a mortgage statement with me. i havnt since filled form in to get help with interest.i dont want to coz i want to move area because ive got a job offer with familyand might need to borrow more than my current mortgage amount and didnt want them to know id been recently un employed.my question is will they know im unemployed even tho im not getting assistance with mortgage.hope this is clear cheers

You will need to be careful regarding the interest paid on your mortgage if you are about to take on a larger mortgage whilst unemployed.
DWP may question why you took out a larger mortgage whilst unemployed as their policy is that interest can be paid on mortages in situ at time of unemployment & any further mortgages/remortgages must not be for a larger amount than the original mortgage held.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
