I've lost my JSA Booklet

Hi, I've recently moved and misplaced the Jobseekers Booklet that you take with you when you sign on fortnightly. I've tried to ring them to find out what I need to do but I can't get through.
Does anyone know if I am likely to get sanctioned or whatever due to this. I know when my next appointment is but I am very worried that I will get into a lot of trouble. I've turned my flat upside down but I still can't find it.
Help!

Ask them for a new one the next time you sign on.0

There won't be any problems with it, and to be honest I prefered it when people said they'd lost it than pulled it out of their underwear (if you haven't got a pocket please keep it in your hand)0

They quite often whip the card out of their trousers and hand it to you, especially in the summer when they turn up bare chested......unfortunately only men in my experience.Fokking Fokk!0
