my sons epson r800 printer did this once. He took the little microchip thing off the empty cartridge that had worked and swapped it for the chip on the new cartridge. that worked for him, and also for his friend who had an epsom r300.

You have to keep applying and they can take a while. I applied for one lot and thought they were not coming after about 3 weeks so I applied again and they both came together :rotfl:. I would reapply now or you may not get them in time.:eek:
