Im sure there may be around this, try over on the Techy thread as they are very helpful. Failing this ring the firm that you bought them off and see if they will refund as they are not compatible if they wont work.
thanks hun ill try and see if i can return them
so in future would i have to buy originals ? does anyone know. as i have a few days within the 30 days warranty with amazon and thinking of changing the printer ...as the originals for bz300f cost about £35 for a pack of 4 which are too expensive.

I have an epsomDX 8400,I've tried the compatables and they dont work, I now buy my ink from tescos and use moc's, pack of all four colours is about £29, lot of mocs but worth it,Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

There should be a way around that. It should give you an option to not use or continue. We've always had Epson printers and I always buy my ink from Iconuk as they are dirt cheap. Have a look in your printer in control panel and look up properties to see if you can alter settings at all.
Try taking them out and putting them in again - daft as it sounds this sometimes works.
I will PM you my email address and see if I can help you just let me know what it says when you put them in0 -
With the Warburton codes, can you only enter and get coupons a certain amount of times (ever? per week?) because I just got a new code and I can't use it so it can't be an already used code, right? Best Wins:
